Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Physical orders purchased through the store are manufactured and fulfilled by a third party, Printful. Printful is responsible for the manufacturing of the product as ordered and shipping. You will receive an email confirmation of your order upon purchase.
Packages will typically be shipped with 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days within the UK.
If you have any issues and delays with your order or shipping, please address queries directly to email@example.com.
Returns & refunds - General
You may cancel your order within 14 days or your purchase for a full refund. You must inform Iscotlanda Photography (firstname.lastname@example.org) of your intention to cancel within this period. If you decide to cancel your order, you have 28 days from the original date of purchase to return the product to Iscotlanda Photography. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged, condition for the refund to be issued. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
Please note: Iscotlanda Photography will not be responsible for incorrect address details entered by the customer at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for packages mistakenly sent to the wrong address due to incorrect details made on the order form by the customer and cannot be retrieved. Where items have been returned to sender, these may be shipped again but may incur an additional shipping cost.
Returns & refunds due to a quality issue or if a product was damaged in the mail
If a physical order arrives damaged or if the product is defective, you should contact Iscotlanda Photography (email@example.com) within two weeks of the expected delivery date to arrange a replacement or refund. Please include a photo of the product diplaying the quality issue or damage and a replacement or refund will be issued to you upon verification.
